Connect Triple Whale

Generate a Triple Whale API key and connect it to your EcomClaw agent for real-time analytics, attribution, and Moby AI queries.

What you get

Once connected, your EcomClaw agent can:

Summary metrics — ROAS, revenue, ad spend, profit, AOV, conversion rates

Attribution — Customer journeys and channel attribution

Custom metrics — Query and push custom metrics

Moby AI — Natural-language analytics queries

Step 1 — Log in to Triple Whale

  1. Go to your Triple Whale dashboard.
  2. Make sure you are logged into the workspace for the store you want to connect.

Step 2 — Generate an API key

  1. Navigate to Settings → API Keys (or Integrations → API, depending on your plan).
  2. Click Generate New Key.
  3. Give it a descriptive name (e.g. “EcomClaw Agent”).
  4. Copy the API key — you won’t be able to see it again.

Step 3 — Find your shop domain

  1. Your shop domain is your Shopify myshopify.com domain (e.g. your-store.myshopify.com).
  2. You can find it in your Shopify admin under Settings → Domains, or in the Triple Whale dashboard header.

Send to EcomClaw

Send both your API key and shop domain to your EcomClaw bot on Telegram. Just say “connect Triple Whale” and it will walk you through the rest.

Important: Never share your API key with anyone else. It gives read access to your Triple Whale analytics data.
