What exactly is EcomClaw?
EcomClaw is an AI agent that runs your e-commerce operation for you. Instead of hiring freelancers, VAs, or doing everything yourself, you get one agent that handles ads, product research, creative, inventory, and more. You message it on Telegram or WhatsApp, and it just does the work.
How does it actually work?
When you sign up, we spin up a dedicated server just for you. Your AI agent comes pre-loaded with skills for Shopify, Meta Ads, ad copy, market research, and more. You connect your accounts during onboarding, and then you just message your agent on Telegram or WhatsApp whenever you need something done. It works 24/7, no management required.
Can EcomClaw mess up my store?
By default, EcomClaw can't do anything destructive. It can't process refunds, delete products, change your payout settings, or touch your checkout. It works the same way any Shopify app does, with scoped permissions. If you want it to do more, you can expand those permissions anytime. But out of the box, it's locked down so nothing unexpected can happen.
Can your team see my data?
No. Our team has zero access to your store, your ad accounts, your API keys, or your conversations with the agent. Your server is fully isolated and encrypted. If you ever need hands-on help, you can grant us temporary access, but that's completely your call. We built it this way because we work with brands that take privacy seriously.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is always yours. If you ever decide to leave, you can export everything — conversation history, agent memory, generated reports, ad creatives, all of it. We also give you a 30-day grace period after cancellation so nothing disappears overnight. There's zero lock-in and zero data loss.
Do I need to be technical to use this?
Not at all. The whole point is that you talk to your agent in plain English on Telegram or WhatsApp. Say things like "pause my worst performing ad set" or "show me yesterday's revenue" and it handles the rest. Onboarding takes about a minute and we walk you through every step.
What integrations do you support?
Right now we support Shopify and Meta Ads out of the box, with skills for ad copy generation, market research, competitor tracking, and brand protection. Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Klaviyo, and more are coming soon. We ship new integrations every week.
How do updates and new features work?
Every week we build new skills and push them directly to your agent. You don't have to install anything, update anything, or even know it happened. You just wake up one morning and your agent can do something it couldn't do yesterday. All updates are included in your subscription.
Do I need my own AI subscription?
Nope. EcomClaw works with Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini — so if you already have one of those, you can plug it right in. But if you don't, no worries at all. We offer EcomClaw Credits starting at just $10 so you can get started instantly without signing up for anything else.
What if I don't have an AI provider yet?
That's totally fine. You don't need to set up Claude, OpenAI, or Google separately. EcomClaw Credits give you everything you need to run your agent right out of the box. Plans start at $10/month and scale with your usage. Most brands never need anything beyond that.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel whenever you want, no questions asked. There are no contracts, no annual commitments, and no cancellation fees. If EcomClaw isn't working for you, you can cancel with one click from your dashboard.
